These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AURORAZZ. AURORAZZ is a business platform for TikTok account analytics, AI-assisted content workflows, and user-controlled video publishing workflows.

By accessing or using AURORAZZ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

AURORAZZ is intended for authorized business users and operational use.

AURORAZZ may provide the following features:

• TikTok account connection through OAuth authorization
• TikTok profile, account statistics, public video list, and public performance analytics
• Business reporting and operational dashboards
• Video upload and publishing workflows
• AI-assisted video content creation or content management tools
• Publishing status tracking and troubleshooting tools

AURORAZZ integrates with TikTok through official TikTok APIs. Your use of TikTok-related features is also subject to TikTok's own terms, policies, community guidelines, and developer requirements.

2. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AURORAZZ account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete account information and keep it updated.

You must not share your account, allow unauthorized access, or use AURORAZZ on behalf of another person or organization without proper authorization.

We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, security risks, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms.

3. TikTok Authorization

To use TikTok-related features, you must connect a TikTok account through TikTok's official OAuth authorization flow.

AURORAZZ will only access TikTok data and perform TikTok API actions based on the permissions granted by the authorized user.

AURORAZZ does not ask for, collect, or store your TikTok password.

You may revoke TikTok authorization through your TikTok account settings or contact us for assistance.

4. TikTok Analytics

With user authorization, AURORAZZ may access and display TikTok account profile information, account statistics, public video lists, and public performance metrics.

These analytics are provided for business reporting and operational insights. Metrics from TikTok or other third-party platforms may change, be delayed, or become unavailable.

AURORAZZ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or business outcome of third-party platform data.

5. Video Upload and Publishing

AURORAZZ supports user-controlled video upload and publishing workflows.

Before submitting content to TikTok, you are responsible for reviewing and confirming:

• The selected video content
• Title, caption, and hashtags
• Privacy setting
• Comment, duet, stitch, and other interaction settings
• Commercial content disclosure
• AI-generated or AI-assisted content disclosure, where applicable
• Compliance with TikTok rules and applicable laws

AURORAZZ submits content to TikTok only after the user confirms the publishing action.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, submit, or publish through AURORAZZ.

6. AI-assisted Content

AURORAZZ may provide AI-assisted video creation, content generation, editing, or operational tools.

AI-assisted content may contain errors, inaccuracies, unexpected results, or content that requires human review.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and properly disclosing AI-assisted content before uploading or publishing it.

You must not use AURORAZZ to generate, upload, or publish misleading, illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, spam, or unauthorized content.

7. User Content and Rights

You retain ownership of content that you upload, generate, or submit through AURORAZZ, subject to any rights owned by third parties.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to upload, use, edit, submit, or publish your content.

You grant AURORAZZ a limited license to process, store, transmit, and display your content only as necessary to provide the service and complete user-authorized actions.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Access or use TikTok accounts without proper authorization
• Upload or publish content that violates laws, regulations, TikTok rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights
• Use AURORAZZ for spam, deceptive activity, platform manipulation, or unauthorized mass posting
• Bypass user review or confirmation requirements for publishing
• Misuse TikTok APIs, tokens, or platform data
• Reverse engineer, attack, interfere with, or disrupt AURORAZZ or related systems
• Upload malware, harmful code, or content intended to damage systems
• Use AURORAZZ in a way that could harm TikTok users, TikTok, AURORAZZ, or third parties

9. Third-party Platforms

TikTok is an independent third-party platform.

AURORAZZ does not control TikTok's review process, publishing result, content distribution, reach, engagement, monetization, account status, or policy enforcement.

AURORAZZ is not responsible for any action taken by TikTok, including content rejection, reduced visibility, account restriction, account suspension, or changes to TikTok APIs or policies.

10. Fees and Payment

Some AURORAZZ features may be free, paid, or provided under a subscription or service agreement.

Specific pricing, billing terms, renewal rules, and refund policies will be provided separately where applicable.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable.

11. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of AURORAZZ from time to time.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may limit or suspend service access for maintenance, security, legal, business, or platform compliance reasons.

12. Disclaimers

AURORAZZ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AURORAZZ does not guarantee:

• TikTok publishing approval
• Video reach, views, likes, comments, shares, or engagement
• Account growth or monetization results
• Accuracy or availability of third-party platform data
• Continuous availability of TikTok APIs or related services

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AURORAZZ and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to use AURORAZZ during the twelve months before the claim arose.

14. Termination

You may stop using AURORAZZ at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security or compliance risks, or if continued access may violate TikTok requirements, third-party platform rules, or applicable laws.

After termination, we may retain certain information as required for legal, compliance, security, audit, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.

If we make material changes, we may notify users through page notices, system notifications, or other reasonable methods.

Continued use of AURORAZZ after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Applicable Terms and Dispute Resolution

The interpretation, application, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall follow applicable legal requirements.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or AURORAZZ should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be handled according to applicable law and any valid dispute-resolution agreement between the parties.
